Directions for submitting abstracts

• Deadline: October 10th 2021 - October 17th 2021

• List of approved presentations: October 18th 2021 - October 26th 2021

1. Abstracts are limited to 4000 characters, including examples and (selected) references.

2. Abstracts must be written in English. 

3. All presentations will be in English.

4. Presentations sections have 20 minutes long and 10 further minutes for questions and discussion.


To submit abstract


1. To submit an abstract, you need to access the 'registration' page.

2. On the 'registration' page, select the option 'Registration with presentation'.

3. You will be able to type or paste your abstract into a field on the form.
